It is written as "I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE I CAN HEAR YOU CARING", and with title of House across a heart as back ground...

The pic was taken by iphone, it looks darker in the photo than it really is, and it happens to all pics taken by my iphone. I don't know why...(what happens to you my dear)
